I used to love Amazon stuff... but they have definitely dropped the ball with this app. Audible is a GREAT service, and I love the products, I have Audible on all my devices, but this FireTV app in the last 30 days has stopped working and become dysfunctional to the point of useless.

1. First up, this app wont sync my reading, my library, even my purchases!!!! It's the ONLY Audible app that lets me down like this. My Android phone, my 3 fire-tablets, and my PC, ALL sync perfectly with my Audible library, this app on my FireTV does not, and never has. It still shows Audible purchases I have refunded and deleted months ago, while ignoring my recent purchases.

2. The design of this app is minimal to say the least. You can search your library - but don't expect to find all your books, you can listen to your books - but this app wont sync to you latest page read, you can buy other titles, and that's about it.

3. The functionality of this app is pitiful, and reeks of a "rushed job" just to get an Audible app onto the FireTV stick. I should know... I am a Technical Project Manager and work with developers, who build these applications and have been involved in software and app development, and can recognize a poorly executed app development from a mile away.

I have tried EVERYTHING I can think of to improve the performance of this app. I have checked and changed every setting it has (which is pitifully few, to be honest). I have fiddled about with my settings for my devices and apps in my Amazon account, I have started and restarted my Fire TV stick, I have uninstalled and re-installed this app on no less than 8 separate occasions. It's STILL the same pile of coding junk it was to begin with! And if you somehow think it's just me... there are many reviews saying the same things in the Audible app for FireTV reviews in Amazon.com. LOTS of people are having the exact same problems and issues with this app.

If anyone from AMAZON happens to be reading this... PLEASE do something about this. I expect MUCH MUCH more from Amazon than this pile of coding trash. It should be binned, and Amazon should get this sorted now. We have put up with this for long enough. There must be SOMEONE at Amazon who could sort this out? And it's not for the lack of funds. You have taken enough of my money over the years to pay a team of World Class coders to create a descent Audible app by this time.

In short... I am paying for Amazon Prime, Kindle, Comics, Disney, Audible. I expect just like this company to get what I am paying for! This sucks! Amazon Fix the Bugs in the Audible app, it is something you recently introduced into the program!
