I haven't even been able to figure out to navigate the service, and THE ONSITE INSTRUCTIONS ARE JUST PLAIN WRONG! They refer to symbols that don't appear (a cursor in the upper left hand corner that isn't)), and the thing has symbols that are never referred to (e.g., what looks like a rectangle with a wedge cut out of the bottom in the upper right hand corner). I just signed up today (4-16-16), and from reading other reviews I suspect that I don't have the correct version. I don't know what they mean by "player control panel." Nor did I see anything about updating to the latest version anywhere - including "Settings."

I finally was able to find and load one program (and now can't remember how I achieved that), and I had no complaints about it such as others have reported (slow streaming, freezing up, etc.) over its more-than-an-hour length. Google search hasn't turned up anything except referrals back to the site and its wrong instructions, so I will really appreciate any help from readers.

BTW, this is in reference to my Amazon Fire TV streaming device (not the stick), and I still have to try to get it working on my other TV with Roku, again not the stick...so if anyone has anything to contribute re the Roku, please feel free to do it.

I'm tempted to cancel immediately, but the content is too good to pass up if I can just find how to navigate it.

EDIT TEXT: The beginning of this is all correct in that it applies to my Amazon Fire TV. However, when I installed it on my Roku player, everything went like clockwork, and the navigation on that TV works just like any other streaming, so it would seem that the problem must lie with Amazon (could that be why I got no replies offering to help me solve the problem?).

After much playing with the installation on the Fire TV device, I've finally been able watch a couple of programs, but it takes about six or eight maneuvers to achieve results.

I still haven't had any problems with 'freezing' or buffering as others have reported. After reading a lot of those complaints, I think their problems are the result of of one or both of two things: (1) slow internet speeds and (2) they all seemed to have HD. Even while I still had cable, I couldn't tell the difference between SD and HD, so I subscribed to SD on CS.
