Although the iconic Chuck-Jones-directed short animated film, "Feed the Kitty" premiered on February 2, 1952, work on it began as early as 2 years prior. Cited by film buffs, critics and animation experts alike as one of Jones's masterpieces, "Feed the Kitty" is without a doubt a funny, heartbreaking, double-hanky lesson in great "acting." This wonderful, HAND-PAINTED, limited edition cel features Marc Antony and Pussyfoot from "Feed the Kitty." It is based on an original drawing by Chuck Jones. It is facsimile signed by Chuck Jones - what is referred to as "estate-signed" as it is a simulation of Chuck Jones' signature - just a good looking bonus from the Jones Gallery on this lovely cel. It is an edition of only 52. 12-field cel measures 10.5" x 12.5" AND it comes with a limited edition fine art print of a model sheet used in the creation of the cartoon of Pussyfoot.
