If I could give 100 stars, I would. I do not write reviews. Ever. Admittedly, I feel guilty about that, because I rely very heavily on the reviews of others. But this app and this developer have earned this – my very first review. With that said, here is my best summary of the lengthy background of this story. I volunteered to be in charge of our Pee Wee League Walkout Songs, and as such, I was pointed to this app as a good option to use in order to simplify this job. After downloading (blindly, i.e. without looking at any reviews – something that I never, ever do) based on that recommendation from a mom who has been in the little league world for four years, I gave the reviews (Google Play store) a quick scan and saw that, as a Droid (Pixel) owner and Amazon Music subscriber, the app might not be quite as seamless to use for me as it might if I owned an iPhone. Even still, I had heard that it was tried and true, so I stuck with it…and I am so glad that I did. Based on feedback that the app developer had given to other users, I visited the Settings in the app in order to get info on how to get songs (click “Song File Source Options” and scroll down to the most recent link to install “Simple Song Collector”), and as other questions arose, largely related to my own issue of wanting to use multiple devices, including a Gen 5 Amazon Fire (so old that it’s good for very little, so it was perfect to donate to the team to ensure that, even if I/my cell phone wasn’t at the game, the boys would have their walkout songs), I emailed walkoutsongdj@gmail.com. To my surprise and delight, this kind, capable, and patient developer responded to every question - always within a day, and often within mere minutes – and solved each and every issue that I encountered…again all of which were related to my own particular technology and picky preferences. The developer even added the app to the Amazon App store so that I could actually use it on my Fire! I’ll spare you any more of the details, but suffice it to say that this is 100% worth the price. Buy it and enjoy!
