The 3M OEM Match family of seam sealing products is engineered to help technicians of all skill levels more easily replicate the appearance and function of a vehicle's original factory seam seals. 3M OEM Match Tips, suitable for our 1K and 2K Sealers, including the new 3M OEM Match Epoxy Seam Sealer in four colors. They allow you to replicate the most-common OEM seams with a simple application. Seam sealing – simplified.

Features

  • REPLICATE OEM SEAMS: Replicate the appearance of wide or flat seam sealers that were robotically applied at the OEM factory
  • CONTROLLED: Width, texture, and height of beads can be controlled by trimming the nozzle and adjusting air pressure during appliation
  • EASY TO TRIM TIP: Notched in one-quarter-inch increments, the tip is easy to trim to widths from .4 to 1.4 inches (6 mm to 36 mm)
  • DIRECT THREAD: 1K Wide Stream Tip threads directly onto the 3M aluminum cartridge for 3M 1K Sealants
