• HOW IT'S MADE: The crystals resemble a beautiful sparkling amethyst geode but are actually made from epoxy resin and glass pieces. Epoxy resin is a very sturdy material and has been mixed with purple dye and glass pieces which have been specially treated so they won't have any rough edges. The outer shells are made from clay and textured with tiny rock pieces to resemble the outside look of a real geode. The two halves have been connected with a strong hinge securely attached with screws.
