Description

The INA stamped outer ring roller clutch is a one-way clutch that includes a thin-walled, stamped outer ring with a series of slopes on the inner diameter. It also has a plastic support frame, pressure springs, and rolling needles. They can transmit high torque in one direction and are compact radially. The stamped outer ring roller clutch provides precise positioning, as the separate spring loading of the needle ensures continuous contact between the shaft, needle, and bevel. They can provide high positioning frequencies because they are lightweight and the rotational inertia generated by the clamping elements is low. They also have low overtaking friction torque.
