Description

The first in the line of unique Caverna build materials from Infinite, Caverna PP (a polypropylene filament) has a water-soluble phase that dissolves to create a co-continuous microporous morphology. After dissolution, the resulting material is porous and provides incredible moisture vapor transmission.

Features

  • Caverna PP has a microporous structure which is activated with simple post-processing in tap water following a gyroid or other non-solid fill build process. This is your key to building strong, lightweight polypropylene parts.
  • The perfect support partner. Caverna PP is compatible with AquaSys 120, enabling design freedom and simple post-processing.
  • Excellent consistency. Caverna PP's highly uniform pore size (1–4μ) and distribution provide outstanding print fidelity.
  • Varied composite capability. A polypropylene (PP) composite ideal for your industry, Caverna PP, offers optimum compatibility with traditional PP materials.
  • Caverna PP has been validated for use on printers such as Tumaker NX Pro and BIGFoot, Titan Atlas, Arburg freeformer, UltiMaker, AON3D, Intamsys, Raise3D and many more. Use on single head systems with automatic material switching stations (Bambu, Mosaic) is not recommended.
