Description

Danfoss DCL Filter driers offer industry leading system protection. These strainer driers use a mixture of molecular and activated alumina to both adsorb the system and prevent moisture and capture of acid and solid contaminants from entering the system. Moisture can clog an expansion device with ice, reducing efficiency, or acids in a way that can damage the compressor and other components. Solid contaminants can clog compressors from expansion devices and wear out prematurely. The solid core adsorbs damaging acids as well as moisture to protect the compressor from premature failure.
