Description

Spex SamplePrep XRF window film serves as the sample window over our X-Cell sample cups, allowing for uniform transmission of x-rays while effectively containing the liquid sample. Polypropylene film is heat resistant up to 100°C (212°F). It is reasonably resistant to acids, bases, and many organic chemicals, but can be attacked by aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons. It may contain trace levels (ppm) of Ca, Zr, P, Fe, Zn, Cu, Ti, and Al. * Supplied as continuous roll 2 7/8 in (73 mm) wide, 50 ft (15 m) long * 1 year warranty * Thin window film for XRF liquid sample cups
